Fastnet Broadband is the only Broadband services provider
in the UK and Ireland which also provides an integrated voice service.
In fact Fastnet Broadband offers two levels of voice services:
FastFONE™ Basic Voice:
Our basic service is a best-efforts voice service which utilizes the public
Internet. This service is available for a flat rate monthly subscription
charge of €20/£15.99 per month (subject to contract) for unlimited
international calling to all destinations in Europe, the Far East, Australia,
New Zealand and North America. Additional charges may apply for some calls
to the Rest of the World. Because of the we have no control over the ultimate
delivery of these calls, Fastnet Broadband provides no guarantees of service
quality for this basic service.
FastFONE™ Carrier Voice:
Because of our partnership with Monaco Telecom, we can offer a carrier
quality voice service that does not transit over the public Internet but
links directly into the global public switched network. The quality of
this service is guaranteed and is equal or superior in quality to the services
provided by other communications carriers. This service is fully compatible,
through an IP Voice Gateway that we provide, with any telephone device
and provides customers with an individual telephone number for inbound
calls.
There is no call minimum, no subscription charge, no line charge, or
other fees for
the FastFONE™ Ultra service. Calls are billed per second, the
following rates are shown per minute.
Incoming calls are charged at €0.14/£.10 per minute.
Outgoing calls are charged at the following rates:
